New Update

Hey everyone!

I'm back to tell some exciting news: I have a new design up for sale! As opposed to my other work, this is photography, and I may or may not have used my phone instead of a camera.

The design is called "Falling Stars" and it may or may not be some 4th of July fireworks that I saw.

Basically I re-scaled it and did some touch-ups on the background. 

For those of you with an Android, I took this with the camera of my Samsung Galaxy S3, using a setting called "Burst Shot". It takes like 20 pictures really fast in a row. I took pictures of some of the fireworks show using that after I remembered how hard it is to take a single shot of fireworks. I ended up with a lot of pictures of just the sky, but also some really nice fireworks shots. I recommend playing with it.

I also realized that I never gave my account out on RedBubble. My profile is morganwaas4444, and I only have I think six works up. Don't be disappointed, I'm working on it.

Expect to see more pictures from this fireworks show up in the next week or so.

Welcome!

Hey everyone and welcome to the first installation of my new art blog!

Now, I'm not really an artist, so this is a way for me to get out of my comfort zone and try something new over the summer. 

Has anyone heard of RedBubble? If you have, I have an account on it. You should check it out. I predict that everything I post on here will eventually end up for sale on my RedBubble.

As of now, I have quite a few images up for sale, as well as a spiral-bound notebook with ideas that I'm working on. Here's my latest posting on the site:

I will soon be offering a non-handwritten version for those who prefer typed script. I'll also fix the W. It ended up a bit weird.

Anyway, if you have any ideas for me, I'd love to hear them! Post a comment/send me a message if you want.

Last thing. I have a Bamboo tablet that I've had for years, and my drawing program is GIMP. Any tips on using either system?
